Down at the International Wing Chun Academy this morning for 10:30am, busting out a CrossFit classic this morning, thought it was kinda amusing that after a day of power cleaning to do the filthy fifty. A fantastic workout that just keeps on keeping on =)

Workout

50 box jump (80cm)
50 jumping pullups
50 kb swings (16/12)
50 walking lunges
50 situps
50 push-press (20/15)
50 back extensions
50 wall balls (10/7)
50 burpees
50 double unders (sub 4-1 singles)

Man I hate missing workouts. Filthy 50's are gut-bustingly awesome, particularly those 50 Burpees at the end! Enjoy the pain guys.

had the best finisher of anyone today. 25k ride for time. took me 37mins to ride to the academy, 1:10 to get home. wasnt so fun going up mcIntyre Rd! good work today guys!

absolutely mental effort from everyone, only 2mins spilt everyone. Got a few decent photos, just having a little USB issue at the moment but should have a few uploaded in the next day or so.
Again excellent effort, those 50 wall balls then 50 burpees are just brutal!
