For those that wanted different colours or sizes of shirts, or alternatively is keen for a singlet or sleeveless t-shirt drop me an email at ben@crossfitadelaide.com letting me know what your after and Ill get an order in asap. The intro course on Tuesday and Fridays has 2 weeks to run and then those times will revert to regular session times. The intro guys are going well, smashing through some fairly tough workouts, tonight was a deceptively tough gymnatics workout.
