Last minute change of location tonight down to Vic park due to a footy team using the South Terrace area. Just a reminder about timetable changes now that the intro course has finished - there is now a session Tuesday and Friday nights that is open to anyone and that is on 6-7pm. Also there will be no session this Saturday morning as I will be in Sydney, I know there are a couple of you that want to get together and still do a WOD on the Saturday morning, will post details of location, time etc as they come to hand and the WOD will go up Friday during the day.

if youc heck out the cfx websites monday workout, they have a photo of a guy doing a back lever, on rings, solo. looks slightly better than what i was cracking out last night!
