With the broomstick pullups, pretend the broomstick is the bar, actively engage your lats and pull the broomstick down towards you, dont be lazy and just push and pull the broomstick up and down mindlessly, treat it like a proper pullup.
Workout
Complete the following for time :-

Double unders (4:1 normal skips)
KB Swings (24kg)

Everyone blitzed on the swings, still need to keep tweaking the double unders but definately getting there
hi guys,
still not well, its good ole asthma and bronchitis and it's giving me the squirts!. don't know if i'll be able to make it next week either. very frustrating!.
