Get ready to start the week with a couple of short hard met con workouts. The only way to start the week!
Workout 1
1-10 Thrusters (40/30)
bar must be placed on the ground between sets, sets cannot be broken ie when on 5, you must complete the 5 reps straight thru, if you break the set, you must restart the set of 5.

Workout 2
3 rounds for time:-
15 swings (24/16)
20 wall balls

two short and savage workouts, was good to see standards being enforced especially depth on wall balls.
Had a long weekend off due to travel to see family and friend decided to do both workouts back to back to make up for the missed days. Such a lovely pain.

subbed box jumps for lack of wall ball accessibility
finished up with the usual ab work
Then 4 sets of bar muscle-ups with lat stretching for a minute between sets.
now that i look i think that was the point to do both workouts kevin f'n smoked it on both and all the girls put me to shame. A not worthy bow and chant is all i can think to do and say.
yup titus your right, the workouts were designed to go pretty much back to back.
i believe it is also your birthday this Saturday? Coincides with ANZAC day here so there will be something notable on the cards..
