Im in the process of converting the whole site over to WordPress, that may or may not mean anything to you but basically it will equate to the site being more user friendly and will include some cool new features. The new site isnt ready to go live yet but when it does come online bear with me if there does happen to be a little downtime for the site here and there while the bugs get ironed out.
Tonights workout is a classic benchmark with balls.

Did the workout from 4/14 today

61/61/63.5/70/70

push-ups/sit-ups got up to 12 reps each by the end of six minutes

50 day ab challenge
no breaks
1 minute egg beaters each way
25 crunches
10 inverse burbees
25 sit-ups
1 minute judo sit-ups (i think that's what they are called)
1 minute each of
front lean and rest, front plank, left plank, right plank

just for fun at the end of a great workout
5 minutes of handstand work
4 sets of 5 bar muscle-ups

Good ol Karen, very much a workout where every second counts. Reckon everyone is definately capable of squeezing a few more seconds on this one.

im not sure that's what they are called either basically you do a crunch with legs spread a bit and held at a 90 to the floor. you alternate touching your right hand to the inside of your left foot then left hand to the inside of your right foot a minute usually gets me 20 or more each side. im close to day 50 and have seen great results from the total challenge, wait im past 50 days now i started it around mid-feb now that i think about it. will have to look for a new challenge now i guess, any ideas?
